Purchased by Ulster University, Church of Ireland is undergoing refurbishment works including internal demolition and alteration to the building faced - increased window openings, removal of shutters, and rendering of external brick works.

It’s not clear what the intended use will be, but planning app shows it will remain as an office for now.
