Planning application for the redevelopment of Marlborough House, Victoria Street.
Plans submitted by Martin Property Group would see the 1960s office building partially demolished and refurbished for the development of around 120 apartments, complete with private open space, landscaping, and public realm improvements.
Previously occupied by Tughans solicitors, the building is currently home to Vault artist studios.
